Greg Hocking - Strategic Director
Greg’s business background includes five years with the National Bank and a thirty year real estate career in sales and business administration. He was a founding partner of the Hocking Stuart real estate group.
In 1999, Greg founded Alliance Property Finance to assist his real estate agency clients’ loan requirements. Having sold his interest in the Hocking Stuart group, Greg and his partners are committed to building a team of ethical and professional mortgage specialists dedicated to delivering the best financial outcome to every client.

Craig Dres - Chief Executive Officer
Craig brings extensive managerial experience in financial services to Alliance, most recently as a partner of Alliance Property Finance. Prior to this, he was with AXA Group for seven years, following 10 years with the National Bank.
At Alliance, Craig turned the company into a profitable business within 18 months, introducing key systems and processes that made it one of the few real estate-based finance companies that was truly successful.
