Warren is one of our most experienced Senior Finance Consultant, having clocked up 38 years helping people achieve their financial goals. He was a senior manager at National Australia bank for 33 years before branching out into financial consulting for the last 6 years.

Being in the Finance industry for so long he understands how the internal systems and processes within the financial institutions work, and bring that on board when solving his client’s needs. Warren loves meeting different people and always goes the extra mile to make everything as stress free as possible.

Neil owned his own successful marketing company before entering the finance industry and is now an accomplished broker with 7 years of experience.  Neil enjoys kayaking, cycling, fishing and outdoor activities and puts that energy into his work to get the premium results for his clients.

Always striving for the best, he has developed experience in understanding his customers' needs, which he finds very important to him in providing professional service to his valued clients. He wants to help build Alliance Financial Group's profile in Victoria to become the number one broker referral business.

Warren entered the finance market with a desire to help people buy a home.  He wanted to combine his skills of uncovering people’s needs with his knowledge of the finance market.  After all, this can be the biggest financial commitment you can make so you’d be crazy not to get the right advice from an expert. Having decided to enter the finance industry in 2006, Warren has taken every opportunity to learn from the best.  He formalised this learning by successfully completing a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) in 2007 and continues to invest in keeping up with the latest information. Creating sense out of the confusing home lending landscape comes easily to Warren.  The types of loans available and numbers of lenders changed dramatically between 2007 and 2010.  He prides himself on being able to cut through the layers and present you with some clear choices. Warren’s focus is on providing you with the best solutions available across a wide range of lenders.  Every person’s circumstances are unique and investing time with each client is invaluable to providing you with the correct finance options to consider.  Assisting you from loan selection to settlement and beyond is all part of the service.

Eddie Moses is a senior mortgage broker for Alliance Financial Group. Eddie provides his clients with a choice of loan options designed to help them select the most suitable loan for their purposes. Eddie has nine years experience in the residential and commercial mortgages area with many years of previous experience in finance and communications. He is a Full Member of the MFAA, holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, B.A. (Economics) and M.F.A. (Communications). He has worked with the RAMS and Aussie groups. His broad experience in finance and business enables him to assist a wide range of clients with loan/finance options ranging from first home buyers, to refinances, investment, commercial and business loans.

Eddie has a warm professional manner and is noted for the outstanding service he provides to his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, pursues the never-ending battle for fitness and plays the guitar/sings.

Mark entered the Mortgage industry 6 years ago in 2002 after running a successful business for 10 years. He has extensive knowledge of both mortgage broking and mortgage management. Mark is accredited in all factors of finance and assists his clients’ needs for residential, commercial, small business and equity release. Mark runs a customer focused business with admin support to ensure a high standard of customer care.

His goals are building a multi layer business with strong referral partners  with brother industries such as superannuation, insurances and conveyancing to assure his clients receive professional assistance, not only in their home loan, but across the range of financial services. Proud father of 3 daughters Marks limited spare time is taken up by following motor sports and the Essendon Bombers.

Ross started work in the Building Sales industry in 1986 and as part of that started writing loans for new home clients, and has been writing them ever since.  A few years ago he left building sales and moved into loan writing full time. His goal is to make it as easy as possible for his clients to get the best loan available that suits their circumstances in a stress free manner.

He enjoys spending time with his clients, getting to know them and their needs and establishing relationships many of which have lasted for years. He is passionate about investments and spends a lot of time reviewing the stock market and real estate market looking for the ultimate opportunities. Ross is married with two teenage children and in his spare time he loves to sail in yacht races and hopefully wins!

David was working for 30 years as an Industrial engineer being head hunted to various companies to do “productivity improvements”, because of his skill to look outside the square. He was known to achieve results, where others could not, and is now applying same the techniques to the mortgage industry, which he began in 1998. He particularly enjoys helping people with investments in real estate, and how to structure their finances in a safest way. “I gain extensive knowledge on investment strategies through various seminars on real estate and portfolio management.”

Kallen is an enthusiastic broker that has been in the industry for over 2 years. His approach is always professional and enjoys the role he plays in assisting his clients with their finance needs. The best part about his job is that he loves meeting new people.

He specializes in Rural Victoria focusing on Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford areas. Newly wed with a child Kallen has drive and enthusiasm both at work and at home.
