A simple process and proven structure ensures that working with Alliance is seamless and hassle-free.

Six steps to enjoying the benefits of partnership with Alliance

  1. Register as a referrer partners with Alliance under a standardised Referral Agreement.

  2. Provide the names, phone numbers and email addresses of people nominated to provide referrals (these may be sales or other staff) to Alliance via fax, email or 1300 number or direct into ARMS.

  3. Refer clients to Alliance, we’ll acknowledges receipt of each referral online through ARMS.

  4. An Alliance broker qualifies each prospect by telephone by 5.00pm the next business day and actions the outcome.

  5. Through ARMS, the referrer and principal/office will be kept updated on status of referral as it proceeds through the loan submission process.

  6. A monthly status report is made available through ARMS to Agency Group, detailing:

  • Referrals received

  • Status of each referral:

  • Number of loans lodged

  • Number of loans pre-approved

  • Number of loans settled

  • Number of loans not proceeding & reasons why
